We endeavour to send out orders within 3-5 days.  However, if our lead time is any longer you will be notified by email after placing an order.  Unfortunately we cannot rush the making of our handles and indeed we wouldn't want to.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail and DPD to ship UK orders depending on the size of package.  You will receive an email with delivery details once the order has been dispatched.

If there is and damage to the packaging upon arrival please be sure to take photographic evidence.

Returns

While we try to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition, sometime things can go wrong.  If you have received an incorrect item, damaged item or are missing a component please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement .

We can provide a refund for any undamaged returned items still in there original packaging and in a sellable condition within 30 days of delivery.  Once we have received your return we will refund you within 5 working days.  We have a £10 restocking fee per order which will be deducted from the refund.
